I was flying Norse Atlantic first time and last time, never ever. The worst - my return flight from London home to JFK was canceled by Norse Atlantic. First, they never offered me any other flight to return home. I have rebooked return ticket by myself in order to return home and now with all this inconvenience they even do not refund money for canceled flight. There is no customer service, I have submitted claim for refund 3 times, and they not even contacted me. I can not imagine such bad experience with any airway company. I strongly recommend NEVER EVER to take any deal with them.
