It’s a complete scam. Got an email saying my flight booking was on hold, with a number to call to inquire about why. I called and was told that there was an overbooking issue with the flight I booked and that they wouldn’t give me a refund, but if I paid $200 more, they’d reschedule my flight for a non-overbooked time (in-spite of the fact that I already paid an upcharge that was supposed to allow me to reschedule/cancel as needed when I bought the flight). I told the man on the phone I wasn’t going to pay another $200, and suddenly I only needed to pay $100. I ended up hanging up after he started getting belligerent. Notice how all the positive reviews praise a specific worker by name even though, unless you ran into an issue and had to call like me, you should have been able to handle everything yourself without interacting with a worker through the online portal? Or how they all use AI sounding wording that doesn’t sound like how a human would talk? Or how the reviews are all either 5 stars or 1 star? I suspect the positive reviews are bots meant to make the site appear legitimate.
