Warning.Never buy tickets from FLYODEALS. They are big time scammers. i am supposed to travel from orlando to dallas this morning. they have not even issued a ticket. makes false promise like you will get a ticket within 24 hours. lost big amount by purchasing last minute another ticket.
NEVER CHOOSE FLYODEALS.com for your flight ticket. I paid for a flight weeks in advance, and they repeatedly lied and promised my ticket was confirmed. Every time when followed up for confirmation ticket, they kept saying "Don't worry, you will get ticket". On email follow up also they stated the exact time of the day when I would get confirmation email until 2 days from flight date. Just about 8 hours before my trip, they deceptively claimed the airline changed the schedule and they couldn't issue the ticket. This was a lie; the flight was operating normally when verified flight schedule with airlines and DFW airport . I was compelled to buy a new, last-minute ticket directly from the same airline at an exorbitant cost. It's still uncertain whether they will refund my money. This company is fraudulent and operates by delaying and misleading customers until it's too late. They ruined my travel plan, killed my valuable time on following up for ticket. At the end, no apology, no support to fulfill their own promise. Avoid them at all costs not to ruin your travel plan/money/emotion.
Before booking with flyodeals, I double checked their trust pilot score and it was 4.3. On October 18 at 5:21 PM I received an email confirming my booking being in progress that said I would receive the E tickets within 24 hours. I called about two hours later to make sure everything was booked and was told I would get the confirmation email and E tickets the following day. 24 hours came and went and I called again and was told “Edward is working on the reservation“ and will call me in 10 to 20 minutes. When I still hadn’t heard by the next morning, just over 40 hours after “booking” I sent them a cancellation email for tickets that were probably never booked so I’d have a paper trail and booked with Priceline a company I’ve used successfully many times.
If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased a ticket through them only to be told by the Agent the tkt was fraudulent. I couldn't get on the flight the Agent told me if I get another tkt through them I'd go on frontier no fly list bc they are scanners. They charged me $170 for a tkt that was nearly $400. I called and was told they could get me on a flight the next day. Listening to the Agent I was like im not going to hail bc if a scam or fraudulent tkt. Please "DO NOT USE THIS 3RD PARTY" they took my money I was stuck in another city bc they scammed my tkt.
The website showed the price really low ( good deal). However, they never send flight confirmation instead they stolen my credit card information and use it to booked the frontier airline for someone one week after my return. They are scam, be aware. Stay away. Don't put your credit card info to flyodeals
