I have travelled with them twice.
First time was simply uncomfortable/ made Ryanair look good.
Second time was very bad. Both ways the luggage was 'delayed' - ok, not not their fault (I guess), their reporting method is OK-ish.
Both outbound/inbound on 2nd experience had big flight delays. the inbound causing me to miss their connecting flight. That's when the suffering really commences - the customer service is simply non-existent, and their hub airport is truly abysmal, with no place in any modern economy.
