Despite their policy covering immediate family medical issues, they repeatedly rejected my documentation, each time inventing new hurdles and wasting both my time and my doctor’s time.I ultimately provided a proper medical certificate that clearly stated my mother’s condition, her inability to travel, and that she was unfit since before my scheduled flight. Still, Scoot refused to process a refund promptly. Instead of showing compassion or efficiency, they dragged out the process with bureaucratic excuses clearly designed to make customers give up.This experience has convinced me never to fly Scoot again.
