Lack of goods and communication

I suggest until I have received a reply to my question which will allow me to consider my next option (proceed with original order or re-order); prospective buyers from Flyscreen Maxx and/or Fliegengitter Maxx should procure products elsewhere as my experience of these business units is awful. Please avoid buying from them!This review will also be posted on other Review websites including Germany.At the time of writing; any names, postal addresses, emails, website addresses and telephone numbers found below; can be found openly within the public domain of the WWW (internet) and should be accepted by the reader as information only.I ordered 3 x 2 in 1 Insect Screen & Pleated Blinds totalling £781.06 on 08/07/2025.I contacted Flyscreen Maxx (UK) through the UK website email address to raise a concern I had with my order on 11/07/25. Dimensions I actually wanted are correct to the size I requested. The issue is, I wanted 2 of the 3 blinds changed from Face Fit to Recess Fit. To me if at all, the only possible change would be to the corner pieces (cover) and not any change to the frame/structure and or material but doubt this would be anything major that could possibly disrupt production. The issue was communicated to Flyscreen Maxx within minutes of coming to light.Apart from initial email confirming the order and quoting "we're getting your order ready to be shipped" (how can you state you're getting the order ready for shipping when you've only just received it and it has to go through a process of production beforehand!?!); I've heard nothing back even when I've emailed them twice and tried calling 02045724771 from the website.On 01/08/2025, I resorted to contacting by email (as they also don't answer phone calls!), the German version of Flyscreen Maxx (fliegengittermaxx.de) in a bid to establish communication and to get an update on my order.Fliegengittermaxx.de have since been in contact and all of a sudden, I've received an e-mail 02/08/2025 from them stating my "order is almost complete" even though I've been trying to contact them since 11/07/2025 regarding it.Where necessary; I have within minutes, also replied to any received emails even staying in Motorway Services for up to 2 hours in anticipation of another email arriving.To me, it sounds like Fliegengitter Maxx have panicked and sent the update knowing I've been trying to get the issue resolved before going to production; this way it looks like they've been pro-active with my order!Now that Fliegengitter Max have stated that my "order is almost complete"; they have offered "an exclusive 65% discount" so I can re-order due to my "incorrect order" which I don't see why I have to re-order when I've been trying to contacted them since 11/07/2025.Update: 04/08/2025 – Customer Service at Fliegengitter Max have now decided that even though they haven’t answered my question (whether a Face Fit will fit a Recess Fit without changing any measurements (width/height/depth) and if any, what is the difference (not including the extra 35mm required for a Face Fit); they “must respectfully inform you that I (Fliegengitter Max) am unable to provide any further assistance in this regard"The dialogue will continue with Fliegengitter Maxx
