After spending weeks researching fly screens and reading reviews, I decided to place an order with FlyscreenMaxx for a sliding door fly screen. I made the purchase on June 1st, with a promised delivery time of 15 working days. Note the company is based in the Netherlands, and I ordered specifically so it would arrive before a garden party.Throughout the process, I had to email the company multiple times for updates, as the order status remained stuck on "processing." While their customer services team were initially responsive and assured me the order would arrive on time, the delivery deadline came and went with no product in sight. I followed up again and received another apology, with a promise that it would be shipped that week.Now, 19 days working days later, the order still shows as "processing" and my latest email requesting a status update — and asking for a full refund if it wouldn’t arrive by the end of the week — has gone unanswered.I am very disappointed. I paid nearly £500 and have received nothing in return — no product and no recent communication. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.UPDATE! After getting in contact with PayPal, the company messaged me to inform me it will be dispatched the following day. I have now received my order but I’m disappointed it had to come to the fact I had to raise this will PayPal before they did anything about it. Therefore, I will give it a 3 star as the product is very good but the communication and waiting time were very poor.
