Worst flight company I ever use and never I will use again. They could only charge me ONE WAY 2nd checked bag. On return while check in online there was an option to purchase ta second bag, which i did, but I didn't realised they had charged me only halfway through journey - I was told at the at the beginning of my flight. Then the other company had to charge me again but the whole journey. I have claimed back the halfway way i have paid but there is no answer at all all, i still haven't heard from TAP at all about the refund for paying twice for my second luggage. I will have to take it to court if I want receive my money back - which I already started looking into it. They are the worst ever flight company, extremely incompetent people they are, Avoid at all cost fly with TAP.
