When the tree jumped out in front of our car we ended up with a great deal of bent metal and broken plastic. Jayne and Sam kept us informed of progress all the time, a courtesy car was delivered as promised by a friendly chap who’s name unfortunately I didn’t note, and a slight imperfection in the paint finish we noticed after final delivery was sorted without question.
