3. Car wasn't safe to drive once we got it back as they put 2 new tyres on the right side, making the car shake when it breaked.
4. They said they would charge us for moving the tyres....to make the car safe to drive
Don't recommend. Use any other garage

Outstanding service after my accident.

Following my car accident, the service provided was exceptional. From the initial inspection, the staff was welcoming. Once my vehicle was picked up for repairs, I received regular text updates. To my surprise, I was contacted earlier than expected when the repairs were done, and a friendly team member returned my car. I thoroughly checked my vehicle and found no issues. I highly recommend this service for any repair needs.

Excellent repair service after an accident.

The service handled my car repair following an accident flawlessly. From the initial inspection, the staff was exceptionally friendly. After my car was picked up for repairs, I received consistent updates via text every few days. To my delight, I was notified earlier than expected when the repairs were completed, and a courteous team member delivered my car back. I inspected my car thoroughly before their departure and found no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this service for any repair work.

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this garage! They returned our car post-repair with a "restraint system malfunction" warning that wasn't present when they took it for repair. When we approached the staff, Sam was unhelpful and refused to assist, even declining to scan for faults. His argumentative attitude made the situation worse. Terrible customer service—please steer clear!

Thank you for the fantastic service!

My vehicle was taken to the Grantham location for repairs after a minor collision. The service was outstanding; they contacted me almost immediately after my claim was registered and arranged for my car to be picked up shortly after. Communication was excellent, both via the app and by phone. I must commend a staff member for her helpfulness and positivity. Originally scheduled for completion on January 2nd, the repairs were finished by December 23rd, making our holiday much easier. The work was of the highest quality, and the car was returned cleaner than it has been in years. Highly recommend!

Unpleasant experience with staff.

While I believe the service has a good reputation, one of the staff members (with ginger hair) driving a white van on December 23rd was very rude to my elderly wife. He parked so close to her car that she couldn’t get in, and when she approached him, he argued rather than helping, suggesting she should have looked for another spot. His derogatory remarks reflect poorly on the company; please address this behavior.

Outstanding service throughout.

I received regular updates about my repair status via text. The repairs were completed a day earlier than anticipated, and my car was cleaned before collection. There was also space available in the parking area for the courtesy car. Completing the paperwork took under five minutes. Truly excellent customer service.

Exceptional service experience.

I had my vehicle repaired at a branch and interacted with two staff members who clearly explained the entire process, from collection to drop-off. My car was returned a day early, in pristine condition, and repaired. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy shown by the team throughout this experience.

Five-star experience.

My car was taken in after a minor accident. The service kept me informed every step of the way, and the work was completed in just under four weeks. They were very helpful and polite over the phone. The customer service and repair quality are top-notch! I would certainly recommend them.

Disappointing service from the branch.

My experience with this branch was disappointing. I had to reject my car twice upon its return. Initially, they failed to repair a damaged alloy wheel, and the second time, an external door trim was improperly fixed. Their communication was lacking, and the car was returned only partially cleaned inside. Due to their poor communication with the insurance company, we nearly had no replacement vehicle.
