The company often claims to have a high volume of satisfied clients, but their system frequently crashes! This has been a recurring issue for years and continues to worsen. Customers from lower income brackets are particularly affected during events like Black Friday. Apologies for the inconvenience, but many will miss out on discounts again this year. As a business owner, I find the company's service to be incredibly challenging regarding financial management. A 1-star rating may even be generous, as my financial team and I still struggle to access our accounts; we've been unable to set up any payments.
