In Feb, a payment incorrectly came off my account 3 times. A dispute was logged and the product was refunded. The 2 incorrect payments were reversed by FNB and the refund was issued by the merchant. All 3 payments was correctly returned. Last week, FNB decided to reverse one of the payments again, mistaking the refund as the merchant reversing one of the payments. I sent an email with all details, showing where they made the mistake, but have received NO response. My account has been left in the negative due to this and has been rendered unusable for more than a week due to a mistake made by FNB that they refuse to correct. They have not responded to emails and offer no resolution. AVOID THIS BANK as far as you can. Worst service. Incompetent. Your money isn't safe with them.
