I ordered two items in November. At the beginning of December, I received a tracking email indicating the parcel was handed over to a courier. However, it seems the parcel was lost. Despite reaching out to the company multiple times, I've only received an automated response about a change in someone's work schedule. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
