Same happened to me.Ordered on 27.04. Package was sent out fast according to tracking. On 08.05 I got a notification about a delivery exception (package did not yet leave china). Contacted fnirsi 3 times (08.05 / 13.05 / 23.05) without ever getting an answer or a sign of life.Probably better to not buy there.Update August 2025:After several additional emails and reminders, I finally got the product. The product itself is ok.The customer service is not. They should better use their resources to answer customer requests than generating pressure for changing / removing trustpilot reviews.
