I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed on March 8 for a soldering iron, which I have not yet received. I initially contacted Fnirsi support team on April 17 seeking an explanation, and I was informed that Fnirsi would follow up with the local carrier. However, I have yet to receive any further updates or resolution.Since then, I have attempted to contact Fnirsi support team twice more, but I have not received any response. It feels as though I am being ignored, and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability.DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCT ON THEIR SITE
