Overall, it's great. However, the technical issues seen in the service also appear in the platform, which is a bit worrying. For instance, when I tried to log into the trading platform for crypto on December 6, I encountered a "no connection" message, which has happened before. More concerning was the dashboard showing my deposit as 0 instead of 1.4k. Thankfully, after reporting the issue, it was resolved in about 30 minutes. Both the service and the platform seem to share these technical problems, but their customer support is quite good.
