Overall, it's a positive experience. However, the technical problems seen with the company also occur on the platform, which is quite concerning, although they usually resolve issues within a few hours. Today, on December 6th, when I attempted to log into the trading platform to engage in crypto trading (available 24/7), I encountered a "no connection" message (similar issues have happened on the company's CFD as well). The most worrying aspect was that my dashboard displayed a deposit of 0, when it should have shown 1.4k. Fortunately, after about 30 minutes of reporting the problem, it was resolved. Both the platform and the company share similar technical challenges, which is frustrating. On the bright side, their customer service is quite good.
