Unsatisfactory customer service experience

I had a very frustrating experience. I followed their measuring guidelines and even called to confirm. After waiting two weeks for my order, it arrived, but the foam was too large for my covers. Customer service asked me to return everything for measurement confirmation, yet the upholsterer claimed it would cost me extra to fix their mistake. I refused to pay more for their error. After a back-and-forth, they offered a refund, but the process left me without a couch for weeks. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
