Disappointing wedge pillow purchase

I bought a wedge pillow due to its CertiPur rating. A month later, spending some time outside, it still has a strong chemical smell. The customer support was rude and unhelpful, claiming the return period had passed, even though they recommend letting it air out for weeks. I feel pressured to decide about a return before it has time to ventilate. I won't be returning to them and advise others to steer clear if they are worried about toxic off-gassing.

Hazardous product and unhelpful support

I purchased a wedge pillow due to its CertiPur rating. After over a month, including weeks outdoors, it still gives off a strong chemical odor. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, informing me that the return window had closed, even though they advise allowing it to air out for weeks. So, I’m supposed to decide on a return before it has time to ventilate. I won’t be shopping with them again, and I suggest others avoid this if they care about harmful off-gassing.

Exceptional quality and value

I appreciate the service for many reasons: 1st, their prices for high-quality memory foam are unbeatable compared to any other source. 2. I get to choose the foam density. 3. They provide detailed information about every foam product they sell, including density and other specifications. After needing to replace an old futon, I was able to customize my own mattress with various foam layers. The resulting mattress is perfect for my side sleeping, and I paid only $273.69 with free shipping. I now enjoy restful sleep instead of discomfort from my old setup. I have been a satisfied customer since 2022.

Unorganized hiring and poor communication

The company hired me without providing real information. There was no paperwork, and communication about breaks was lacking, aside from a 30-minute lunch that required clocking out. Most employees didn't speak English, leaving little room for proper breaks. I took brief breaks when it was slow and my work was done, yet they complained. I was overqualified for the role but needed part-time work due to medical issues. They hired me on the spot, knowing my health situation, but then found my breaks unacceptable. I performed well in my tasks, but this experience was frustrating.

Frustrating experience with an order

What a disappointment. We ordered foam pieces last year, but they didn’t fit, so we requested a larger piece. Shortly after, we received an email stating they couldn't ship it. We asked them to resolve the issue since their website processed the order and charged us. Instead of assistance, they refunded us while implying they had helped. I never wanted a refund; I wanted the product we ordered. I won't be returning, especially since the foam quality was poor and began to discolor.

Excellent foam quality and pricing!

I received the foam I ordered, and it met all my specifications perfectly. It arrived tightly packed, taking a couple of days to regain its size, but now it’s just right. The price was fantastic compared to similar products. My daughter bought foam of a similar size for three times the cost, including shipping. I'm very satisfied and would definitely order from them again.
