DONT BOTHER WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERYOrdered replacement foam for my couch at 1pm on Wednesday 18/3/26 paid extra for next day delivery received email stating order been accepted. Having no notification regarding delivery timescale on Thursday 19/3/26 used chat bot on their website to check when delivery would be made instantly got email stating delivery scheduled for Friday 20/3/26 from foam superstore and dhl.Friday 20/3/26 got dhl email cancelling delivery with new delivery date stated as next working day so phoned foam superstore and requested refund of additional postage cost and new delivery date, they rang back assuring me delivery would be on Friday 20/3/26 and refunded additional postage. Friday 20/3/26 nothing arrived.The whole experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time because of their disappointing customer service in now having to wait until Monday to contact them to cancel the order and request a refund, a day waiting in for a non existent delivery on Friday and 5 days without the items promised next day.
