One of the worst companies I've ever used!I ordered some made to measure foam to replace my sofa cushions. I carefully measured my current cushion and made sure the sizes I inputted into their website were correct. When the foam came it was far to big. I measured it and it was about 20% bigger than the sizes I put in their website and the sizes that were shown on my order details. I contacted them immediately to tell them the size was incorrect. They replied telling me to just force it in and they told me it's my own fault. Not sure how it coming 20% over the inputted sizes was my own fault. No amount of forcing would make the foam fit in my cover. The cover was going to rip before the foam went in. I replied to Foam Superstore but they totally ignored me an I never heard from them again. I had no choice but to start a chargeback on the money paid and thankfully today was fully refunded by my bank. Foam Superstore totally ignored everything after telling me it's my own fault, shove it in. Absolute useless company, that I would recommended people steer well clear of and find a different company. I've now got to make a trip to the tip so I can get rid of this useless foam that's been taking up space for weeks in my house.
