Absolutely shocking!!!!! We used the free shipping of 3-5days for a deadline of a project. It didn't come as you would have now come to expect. When contacting them on the Monday after (Saturday was the deadline) they said they they would send it now and get it next day (they hadn't even sent it at this point 🤬) needless to say it didn't come. For another week!!!! I had paid via PayPal 41.89 and just found now that there is a direct debit scheduled for end of November for the same amount to this scandalous company again. I've cancelled it but that is disgusting!!!!
