I had to come on here to write a review. Two days ago I phoned this company to ask for some help with their replacement sofa cushions. About an hour later after taking my measurements I phoned again and spoke with Jen who was amazing and gave me the advice I needed. I placed my order with her there and then. The cushions arrived this morning, less than 48 hours after placing the order. I was a little concerned that they might not be the right size or fit into my cushions covers. It's always a worry when ordering things online. But they fit absolutely perfectly and look better than my original cushions. There is a smell about them but I expected that. I'm hoping it will disappear in a few days. I got the medium foam and they are really comfortable. In all, I can highly recommend this company. And as they're based in Newcastle upon Tyne, you just know you'll get friendly service.
