I feel sad that I feel the need to write this review since the reason I thought I would take the risk placing an order with this company (despite the terrible reviews on this site just before I placed my order) was because I fell in love with one of the materials they offered and it is a small family run business from what I could gather. Unfortunately in my case, this meant the service was terrible! Placed an order on 1 Jul 2021, arrived 17 Aug 2021 to the wrong dimensions. I asked them to collect this and replace to the correct size which they agreed to. Then after me chasing them multiple times for the replacement and them confirming it would be on its way soon, they said on the 8 Sep 2021 that the material was no longer in stock. By now, I have painted my wall to match this material and had a joiner build in shelfs and a bench. Then when I suggested they could perhaps manage to salvage the original order as it was too big as opposed to too small, they started saying there was nothing wrong with the original order and I should pay them a further £27 to have it sent back to me as it was. I felt this was extortion and they were playing on the fact that I was desperate to receive that material. However, this was the last straw and I asked them for a refund. It then took them 13 days to process said refund. STEER CLEAR!
