It's clear what the delivery time is from the home pageAlthough my order was delayed slightly the customer service was excellent when I rang and asked for an update.The cushions look and feel better than the original cushions and well worth the slightly extended wait.Once my order had been dispatched to me I had an email with tracking details.The cushion cover collection service is brilliant and had I not used it I'd have most likely got my order requirements wrong.
