Placed a pre-order with a ship by date of October 20. On October 27 I reached out to inquire about my items as I had not received an update. On October 29 a representative replied letting me know my purchase has an expected ship date of December 8. I received no notification of this change, and the response I received from the rep was simply sorry for your inconvenience. One of my items had a ship by date of October 10, so I asked for that item to be sent separately as a courtesy, despite the policy stating all parts of a pre order ship at the same time. This request was denied and I was told they would not be offering any discount or promotion. Bait and switch! My receipt says my items will ship by October 20, that should be honored or an option of a refund should be presented without me having to request it. Terrible business practice. I would never give them another dime. Why would I want my NFL items mid December? Be for real.
