The service informed me that my order had to be canceled (right before Christmas!) due to an inventory mistake. While I appreciate the notification and the refund, I'm now left scrambling to find another suitable gift that can arrive in time, just a week before Christmas. This situation has added more stress to an already hectic period. I can't say I would want to shop with this service again, especially when they can't fulfill orders or maintain accurate inventory for their customers. Now, I have to deal with a disappointed child who won't receive the specific gift he requested.
