I ordered a screen that arrived in its own packaging. Unfortunately, I made an error in selecting the type (completely my fault). I returned it following the guidelines from the support team. Since the package was unopened when I received it, I sent it back via USPS in its original packaging. However, it seems to have been damaged during transit, and now they refuse to refund my payment. I would understand if I had repacked it, but if their packaging can't withstand shipping, that's not on me! They should improve their packaging for safe transport. So, I ended up paying for the screen and the return shipping. As a live streamer, I will not use their services again and will advise my streaming colleagues to avoid them as well. Lesson learned. Never again.
