I purchased a screen that came in its own packaging. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong type (my mistake). I followed the return instructions from the support team. Since the package was unopened upon arrival, I returned it via USPS in its original packaging. However, it seems to have been damaged during transit, and now they refuse to refund my money. I would understand if I had repackaged it, but if their packaging isn't suitable for shipping, that’s not my responsibility! They need to improve their packaging for safe delivery. So, not only did I pay for the screen, but I also incurred shipping costs to return it. As a live streamer, I won't be using their services again, and I’ll make sure my streaming colleagues avoid them as well. A valuable lesson learned. Never again.
