Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately I called and spoke to Keiran in the technical department regarding number forwarding and was promised a call back but no one did call me unfortunately.i also yesterday reported that there was potentially a piece missing from the base unit of the phone and the phone kept falling over as a result.i emailed with pics of the base unit showing what the issue was but to date no one has been in touch so for a communications company not a great advert really.but the broadband is great and quite fast and the phone line works well even though the phone handset came with no user instructions.
