This is a tough uncompromising company :
If you raise a complaint Focus don’t communicate with you over the solution .. but they look into it for their satisfaction then have marked it as resolved . This happened so many times they love to wind you up and agitate you. My bills are supposed to be £48 a month but no only once have I had them take that amount
Customer loyalty to them means
We’ve got you where we want you
I feel like a prisoner in a harsh regime -
They took £2544 from my DD I pleaded for 6 weeks to get it back

Following a storm, I encountered issues with the phone lines. The service team acted quickly, sending an engineer the day after my call who resolved the problem efficiently. The engineer not only replaced and rewired the hardware but also assisted the on-site staff with voicemail and handset issues. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service provided—10/10.

Quick Resolution After Phone Issues

After experiencing phone outages due to a recent storm, the service quickly dispatched an engineer the following day to resolve the problem. Our engineer was exceptionally helpful, replacing and re-wiring the hardware while also assisting staff with voicemail issues and handset replacements. The level of customer service received was impressive—definitely a 10/10.

Unexpected Charges and Contract Hassles

They added an extra £9.99 to my monthly bill without prior notice. The router broke within a year, and I was informed it would cost another £85 to replace it, which they failed to send. Despite trying to cancel before the contract ended, they quoted me £4,000 to exit. I regret trusting this company. After reaching out, they replied asking for proof of postage for the router. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

Disappointing Experience and Overcharging

I wish I could rate this service lower than one star. They significantly increased their prices and made billing errors, leading to constant overcharging. The service itself is unreliable; repairs are only possible with additional fees. While the customer service representatives are friendly, they can do little to help and often redirect you to a loyalty team that is hard to reach and slow to respond. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Frustrating Contract Issues and Hidden Fees

This company has been the worst experience for my business. Although the customer service team is polite, the overall service is appalling. The initial installation was done incorrectly, and it took months to resolve, with them attempting to charge me for fixing their errors. They continually add unexplained charges to our bills, requiring me to call for corrections every month. When I sought to cancel, they quoted an exit fee of nearly £5,000, which was never disclosed during the signing. Despite my efforts to prevent auto-renewal, the same issues persist. I will never engage with this company again.
