For the third time we are currently experiencing a total loss of phone service, a disruption that has lasted over 10 days on each occasion and resulted in a significant loss of potential clients.
I previously filed a complaint on February 23rd, which has been disregarded. Furthermore, I have opened multiple cases to request a copy of my contract and to verify my contract end date; however, these cases were deleted from my account without resolution.
Additionally, I am contesting the charges applied to my account for repairs during the previous system failure. On all three occasions, the outages were caused by their faulty equipment. I previously opened a case to request a refund for these unauthorized charges, but that case was also deleted from your system.
I bitterly regret being lured by this horrendous company.
