Hello I recently had a issue with my indoor Tankless hot water heater Series Insta-comfort 145 stop working and had a Technician come out and confirm it has a bad Gas Valve. After contacting Fogatti I was told I was just out of the warranty period but would see what they could do about replacing the part. In just 24Hr They Responded and told me they would send me a new Gas Valve for my heater and also a Cd on how to install the part myself. So i am giving Fogatti a 100% POSITIVE REVIEW for going above and beyond what they had to to get me the part I need for my heater even out of the warranty period. so Thank You Thank you Thank you Fogatti you have me hooked as a customer for life now.
