Communication was terrible and customer service was lacking. They sent me the wrong item but expected me to pay for the return. After much fuss, they finally provided a pre-paid return label, which turned out to be invalid for online returns. They sent a second label that was also not accepted by the post office. Frustrated, I ended up paying for postage myself. When I requested a refund for that cost, they refused. After five days, I had to follow up to see if they received the package. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, so I cannot recommend them.
