I've always appreciated the selection offered by the company and have been buying vintage-style menswear for years. I recently ordered a new collar, but it arrived with a brown stain. The company quickly sent a replacement with my next order, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, it was the wrong collar. When I contacted them, they asked me to return the incorrect collar to get the right one. I offered to send it back if they covered my shipping costs, but I haven't heard back since. I've seen other customers facing similar issues. I've spent over $100 and still don't have the item I ordered, and now they want me to pay an additional $50+ in shipping and import fees. After two mistakes, it's unclear if this is carelessness or something more. It's frustrating to have lost a potential long-term customer relationship over a $50 issue.

Communication was terrible and customer service was lacking. They sent me the wrong item but expected me to pay for the return. After much fuss, they finally provided a pre-paid return label, which turned out to be invalid for online returns. They sent a second label that was also not accepted by the post office. Frustrated, I ended up paying for postage myself. When I requested a refund for that cost, they refused. After five days, I had to follow up to see if they received the package. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, so I cannot recommend them.
I ordered a stiff collar on April 18 for an event on April 27. I received an email on the 25th stating it was being processed. I called and left a message, but no one returned my call. It didn't arrive until April 29, making it completely useless for my event. I wouldn't recommend this service.
They sent me the wrong color. I tried three times to resolve the issue, but they haven’t responded. The product itself was correct, but the color was not. They earn two stars because the quality met my expectations despite the mix-up. I dislike businesses with poor customer service, so proceed with caution. I'm still unsure whether they are a scam or just have bad service.
