Stella fixed my flight information she gets 5 star. She was patient with me and helped me get a better flight. I got a united flight for $153 and it didn’t let me chose a carry on as an option for me to pay for, so I assumed it was included or that I would have to pay an additional $20-40 like you normally would. I received a call and they said that the promotional ticket I got doesn’t included a carry on and that I would have to pay an additional $200 for a carry on luggage. I obviously didn’t want to pay that and asked if they can cancel since my card hadn’t been charged, they had refused and said that if I were arrive a day later than my original flight then they can charge me around the same price and I wouldn’t have to pay that extra amount and that I’ll just pay the normal carry on amount of $20-40 when I get to the airport what they didn’t tell me was that they were changing the airline and that it was changed to frontier instead of united which is one or the worst airlines u can get and I wasn’t informed of this prior to them switching my flight around. I think they should’ve let me cancel since it had been less than I day since I booked the flight and they hadn’t charged my card or had send me my ticket confirmation overall I won’t be using this company in the future.
