I bought a ticket for my grandson at a great price that was listed. He was only 17 years old. They told him that he was on a waiting list for his return trip. When I called they informed me I needed to pay more money. He was supposed to have a 3 hour layover which turned out to be overnight. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone and $450 more to correct the problem. I have never had problems with buying any tickets and I have use many different sources. This was the most frustrating experience, and it turned out to be more costly. The people I spoke with were polite, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
U need to call because a lot of the tickets have restrictions so ask questions so you won’t be surprised

Theresa was very nice and helpful. But I don't like your policy. I booked my flight for $236 last night and got called this morning telling I would have to pay $188 more! And that the flight i had booked wouldn't let me check a bag or have a carry on. But it was already full anyway. Foggyfly is a bad business as far as I'm concerned. I will NEVER use them again! They overbook just to up the price so they make money! Horrible experience! I'm a 76 year old woman and can't afford much but I had to take the change or lose my money! What a joke!
I want to share my recent experience with this service to inform others. I purchased airline tickets at a discounted rate of $2,298.00. After completing the purchase, they divided the charge into two separate transactions, which seemed odd to me. Shortly after, they tried to charge my credit card an additional $1,600.00, stating that the original ticket price was no longer available. When I inquired about the reason for splitting the charge, I was told that this was their standard process, which I found confusing. I requested to cancel everything, but instead of accommodating my request, they insisted I had to proceed with the transaction and refused to cancel it. I then contacted my credit card company, reported the situation as fraud, and forwarded the email showing the original price from the service. My creditor confirmed that they had been attempting to charge my card the extra amount. Based on my experience, I highly recommend steering clear of this company. Their handling of the transaction felt very misleading and caused me a lot of stress.
Important details were not disclosed or advertised, and then they have the audacity to call and inquire about their mistakes. I was trying to be flexible with their offerings, but I felt taken advantage of due to their pricing. This is a dishonest service that will take your money without delivering on promises, and you’ll still find yourself unable to bring luggage on your upcoming flight. From the start, they make it clear that payments are nonrefundable, but don’t expect to secure a lower price, as they will claim flights are unconfirmed after you’ve already paid for what was presented to you. This deceitful service will just take your money. I strongly advise against booking with them.
