The service uses a delivery provider that left my books at the entrance of my building, making them vulnerable to theft. As someone with M.E., I had to rely on a friend to retrieve them. Paying £9.99 for shipping, I expected delivery to my door. When I reached out for assistance, the response was simply an apology and a reminder that I received my books. This was not the level of service I anticipated. I won't be purchasing again until they switch delivery providers. While the books themselves are wonderful, the overall experience was disappointing.
