Unfortunately the Folk CRM doesn't identify when two contacts have the same email address and flag them as duplicates.It only does this if the contacts have the exact same first and last name too.As our contacts are primarily in Asia where there are multiple variations of names (english names / chinese names / many middle names), this is making the CRM pretty unusable for us as we are ending up with so many duplicates. This then ends up in embarrassing situations where we're emailing different things to the same person and multiple times.I reported it to their support team, but as they see this as a feature not a bug it didn't sound like they'll be actioning it to fix.
