Been using folk for the last couple months and am really happy with it so far. This CRM has enough functionality that is still a time-saver for our small business, but without all the extra bits and bobs we'd never use.
The messaging function is fantastic since we only need to email <100 people at a time so we didn't have to subscribe to a whole separate email service.
I'm not a pro yet, but it's already been worth the money.

I'm still early in my journey with Folk, but so far I'm really impressed. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it's been easy to get started without a steep learning curve. It feels like the CRM was designed for how I actually want to work, not the other way around.Will be back to expand on this review once I've had more time with it!
As a solo entrepreneur, this has changed my life and my business forever. It is simple to install, set up, and use. The fact that it interfaces with my email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn is a game-changer. If you are a small business or team, then I would 100% recommend Folk. I already made my annual subscription back in the first month of using Folk.

It's been key to streamline our lead generation from Linkedin, manage outreach at scale, and allowed us to expand on big accounts with LLM integrations keeping us pro-active on all fronts. Would recommend to any sales team looking for a CRM that will work for them !
Unfortunately the Folk CRM doesn't identify when two contacts have the same email address and flag them as duplicates.It only does this if the contacts have the exact same first and last name too.As our contacts are primarily in Asia where there are multiple variations of names (english names / chinese names / many middle names), this is making the CRM pretty unusable for us as we are ending up with so many duplicates. This then ends up in embarrassing situations where we're emailing different things to the same person and multiple times.I reported it to their support team, but as they see this as a feature not a bug it didn't sound like they'll be actioning it to fix.
