The staff were rude and quick to respond with a list of requirements for claims, but once I submitted everything, I heard nothing back. When I called again, they brushed me off. They seem to lack the ability to run their operations effectively. They send letters increasing your own risk amount without having all the necessary information. I believe they are engaging in fraudulent practices and encourage you to report them.
