Frustrating claim denial experience.

My mother had a life insurance policy from her job, and they are now trying to deny me the payment. It's been eight years since her passing, and they claim they don't know how to process it. The staff has been rude and have threatened me over the phone. Despite my concerns, they refuse to release the funds. I'm currently working with attorneys in both the US and Finland and am determined to see this through, regardless of how long it takes. They are dishonest, and I will ensure justice is served to prevent others from suffering due to their actions.

A challenging personal experience.

I needed to replace the cracked windshield of my car. Unsure of how the process worked, I contacted the service provider. They confirmed I could make a claim but required me to pay upfront. After I paid, I received the invoice, but my claim was denied. When I called the representative, I was initially told it was acceptable, but later informed that I couldn't claim it due to my traffic insurance. I reached out for assistance because I was unfamiliar with the process, and this mistake ended up costing me more than the actual repair.

I took my cat to the veterinarian for an urgent appointment and had blood tests done. I submitted the invoice upon returning home, received an email response within two hours, and the reimbursement was in my account the following day. I'm thoroughly impressed.

Fraudulent practices reported.

If you've had a similar negative experience with this company, I urge you to report it! I waited for hours to speak with someone, only for the call to disconnect. The staff were rude and quick to respond with a list of requirements for claims, but once I submitted everything, I heard nothing back. When I called again, they brushed me off. They seem to lack the ability to run their operations effectively. They send letters increasing your own risk amount without having all the necessary information. I believe they are engaging in fraudulent practices and encourage you to report them.

The customer service for non-Swedish speakers is the worst. I can't get reimbursed for unclear reasons, despite paying a significant amount each year.
