Ordering only takes a few minutes and the product is usually in my hands between 7 and 10 days. Sometimes it takes longer, but I know that going in to the purchase process. The product always arrives in excellent condition. The bottle is removed from the display box or tube and placed in an air bag. The display packaging is well protected by extra dunnage in an appropriately sized shipping container. The display packaging always arrives damage free. I have dealt with several other online sellers in the past and usually they are a scam. Folsom is registered with the BBB and carries an excellent rating.
