I have the same experience each time I order spirits via Folsom's online shopping system. Folsom usually has anything I am looking for in hard to find, collectible Scotches. Ordering only takes a few minutes and the product is usually in my hands between 7 and 10 days. Sometimes it takes longer, but I know that going in to the purchase process. The product always arrives in excellent condition. The bottle is removed from the display box or tube and placed in an air bag. The display packaging is well protected by extra dunnage in an appropriately sized shipping container. The display packaging always arrives damage free. I have dealt with several other online sellers in the past and usually they are a scam. Folsom is registered with the BBB and carries an excellent rating. So from my own experience, Folsom is not a scam or fly by night outfit. They take customer satisfaction very seriously. So if you are looking for a good online liquor source, give Folsom a try. They are very competitive price wise and carry an excellent selection.
My $455 order from 5 weeks ago is still not here. Their phone number is out of order and you get zero response from customer service. Evidently this company has scammed me out of my money. Don’t you even believe the 3 to 5 days to ship nonsense on the website.
