Not so great for selling tech to them. Tried to sell my Apple Watch SE2 to them, they valued it at £80, light scratches/wear and tear was acceptable. They reviewed the device and offered me £16! As lo and behold, it had light scratches! There is no immediate decline button, just a “challenge” button. So now it’s a 72 hour review period. Why is there no “decline and send my device back” button?
Overall as a first experience I wouldn’t really recommend
