I ordered a iPhone through fonehouse on the 28th January. I passed the credit check but fonehouse decided after 9 days me asking what was happening about my order decided they did not want to give me the contract. I am still awaiting my upfront payment back from them for £29. I have spoke to my bank and they told me fonehouse have not yet issued a refund and is still showing pending. Fonehouse told me to expect the upfront payment back in 3-5 working days. The bank think they are just waiting because after 30 days the payment should bounce back into my bank account. I think it is a disgrace to treat people in such an unprofessional way. 3 weeks on and I am still awaiting the upfront payment. I would advice anyone not to use the fonehouse I suffer from complex ptsd and it has really unsettled me. I would never recommend fonehouse to anyone as the customer service is not good at all.
I have given my details when fonehouse replied but they have not tried to contact me at all. They answer so nicely on here but when dealing with the actual problem you get ignored. Low rate company, terrible customer service!!
