I feel completely cheated — no delivery, no refund, no responses. I ordered on December 17, 2025, for a Christmas gift, but nothing showed up. After the automatic confirmation, the company went silent. As of January 5, 2026, my order still says 'confirmed' with no updates, tracking, or replies despite my reminders. This feels fraudulent — they took my money and provided nothing in return. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've had in the Netherlands, and I would never recommend them. Behind the discounts lies irresponsibility, poor customer service, and a total disregard for customers. I've filed a complaint with the consumer authority, hoping it will help resolve this.
