Completely dissatisfied — no delivery, no refund, no communication.

I feel thoroughly deceived — no delivery, no refund, no communication. I placed my order on December 17, 2025, as a Christmas gift, but nothing has arrived. After receiving an automatic confirmation, the company ceased all communication. As of January 5, 2026, my order still shows as 'confirmed' with no updates, tracking information, or replies, despite my multiple inquiries. This feels fraudulent — they took my money and provided nothing in return. In my view, this is the worst online retailer I’ve encountered in the Netherlands. I would never recommend them. Beneath the discounts lies irresponsibility, poor customer service, and a total lack of respect for customers. I have already submitted a complaint to the relevant consumer authority, hoping it will lead to a resolution.

Strongly advise against this company

The bed we ordered arrived with missing and incorrect parts. Getting in touch with customer service took days of persistent calling. When we finally reached them via email, we were told the issue was 'being handled,' but no progress was made for days. After further calls, we were assured that the missing parts would arrive soon, but that turned out to be false. Eventually, we learned that the order label was never sent, so the replacement parts were never shipped. We felt misled and kept waiting. It has now been three weeks since the bed was delivered, and due to the negligence of customer service, we've been forced to sleep on the floor. This level of service is unacceptable. The company clearly does not value its customers, and I would never recommend them.

Missing crucial parts from bed frame

I ordered a bed frame, which was delivered on December 16, just as I was moving into my new apartment. One of the mechanisms needed to hold the bed up was missing. I've been calling for three days, but the calls either disconnect right after the automated message or I wait for 10-15 minutes only to be disconnected. I need my missing parts delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery timeline issues

The delivery timeline changed after I placed my order. It initially stated 9-10 days, but then it extended to 2-3 weeks. The support staff seemed unaware and claimed it was always 2-3 weeks. Ridiculous. Update: As of December 9, 2025, they still haven't received the unit from the supplier and now say it will take even longer. I have to reach out for updates instead of them providing any. Update: As of December 17, 2025, the order has been further delayed. I've had to manually seek updates, and their customer support chat has been unresponsive. Update: As of December 22, 2025, the order has been delayed again with no timeline given. I had to cancel the order after waiting over a month! BEWARE! Avoid ordering from this company.
