The bed we ordered arrived with missing and incorrect parts. Getting in touch with customer service took days of persistent calling. When we finally reached them via email, we were told the issue was 'being handled,' but no progress was made for days. After further calls, we were assured that the missing parts would arrive soon, but that turned out to be false. Eventually, we learned that the order label was never sent, so the replacement parts were never shipped. We felt misled and kept waiting. It has now been three weeks since the bed was delivered, and due to the negligence of customer service, we've been forced to sleep on the floor. This level of service is unacceptable. The company clearly does not value its customers, and I would never recommend them.
