Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a couch from their collection with a clearly stated delivery time of 4–6 weeks. After 3 weeks with no updates, I contacted customer service—only to be told it would take 6–7 more weeks in total because the item hadn’t even shipped yet.This was not communicated proactively, and the delay caused serious inconvenience. My parents had to cancel their flight because the furniture wasn’t arriving on time. Even worse, the website still advertises the same 4–6 week delivery time, which is misleading for new customers.If Fonq knows about delays, they should be transparent and update their delivery information. Very unhappy with the service.Update: After asking customer service again, now they inform me expected shipment date is 17th December. Last week, they said it would be 8th December. Again no communication about the delay, and they just say if I want I can cancel it. After losing 5 weeks of waiting time with payment, this is very annoying. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!
